To the left is an index of
vintage warbird aircraft types, organized by type (Fighter, Trainer,
Bomber, Jet, etc.) and then by manufacturer. Each aircraft has its
own page containing its history, specifications, and links to related Internet sites. Many pages also include photos and pilot reports
provided by our staff and contributors, and a selection of related books. This
site emphasizes aircraft types which are either still airworthy somewhere in the world or,
in certain rare cases, represented in airworthy condition in at least one museum. We also
focus on aircraft from WWII to the present day. More aircraft will be added soon!
